Saddle bolts are typically used to attach a sign panel to a U-bolt or Saddle.

3/4" long, 5/16" coarse thread pinned allen head saddle bolts are used with U-bolts, flared and straight leg saddles and with some post caps.  A smooth round head and a pin in the center of the allen socket prevents removal with standard tools.
